Our Story

Voicing Voices began with a simple belief: people do not need to be spoken for, they need spaces, systems and leaders capable of hearing them properly.

Founded by Ayan Said, the practice grew from a lived commitment to education, voice and social change into a leadership and learning practice shaped by community, culture, evidence and human experience.

Today, Voicing Voices works with communities, organisations and institutions to help leaders listen with greater intelligence, understand complexity with more care, and turn insight into action people can recognise. Our purpose is to humanise leadership decision-making - so that the voices closest to change are not only heard, but reflected in the decisions that shape their lives.

Voicing Voices is supported by trusted advisors, collaborators and critical friends who have helped shape the practice as it grows. They bring experience across leadership, education, business, culture, social impact and organisational change, strengthening the quality, credibility and direction of our work.
